HANCOCK HEART OPENS THIS SATURDAY AT THE HANCOCK TOWN LIBRARY!
The Hancock Town Library will feature a unique collaboration of more than ten well-known Hancock artists October 10-December 18. A closing reception will be held Saturday, December 12, 2-4 pm in the Daniels Room. The exhibit, titled Hancock HeART, will highlight the local talent which flourishes and connects so many imaginative and skilled individuals in this area. Art pulses through the heart of the Hancock community. Whether it be visual arts, theatre, music, literary arts, architecture, or film, an abundance of creativity flows in this small but vibrant town.
Artwork for this exhibit will include a wide range of various styles, subjects, and mediums, including oil, acrylic, watercolor, collage, fabric, block printing, photography, and more. Exhibiting artists include: Sue Callihan, Kim Cunningham, Scott Cunningham, Kin Schilling, Sue Ann Hum, Stephanie Toumanoff, Evelien Bachrach, Peter Bott, Erin Sweeney, Crystal Fichera, Jean Mann, Kate Frame and others!
Exhibits can be viewed in the Daniels Room of the Hancock Library during regular library hours: Mon. and Wed. 2-6 pm; Tues. and Thur. 10 am-7 pm; and Sat.10 am-4 pm. Call the library (525-4411) before your visit to ensure no special events are scheduled at that time.

From 3-5 pm, kids can come and shop for holiday gifts for their family and friends! We will have activities as well as kid hosts–we will even wrap all gifts as well. Adults not allowed! 🙂
